Have a set of highback bucket seats (standard trim - dark green) fr a 1970 Mustang. Frames & rails excellent, some damage to drivers seatback cushion, cracks to some vinyl covers. $160.

Make that a BIG, FULL sack!

The 63A on Marti report denotes base trim, vinyl seats, plain door panels. Your interior pic is fr a Grande or Mach I.

69 Fastback: First car in 1985 - Bought it back in 2011

Nice car & great history! Around here we call those 'speed nuts'. Most parts outlets would have; hopefully in the size you need. -
His Marti report doesn't list SportDeck in the options, nor does the black seat & paneling match the Marti report (BF - Medium Ginger). None of that stuff is original to 116572. It had a fixed rear seat.

Have a pr of '70 highbacks (fold latch lever different location). Excellent frames, rails; poor covers; so-so cushioning. $160. Direct is djjsc(at)juno(dot)com

Sorry, D9 means block was originally designed for the 1979 model yr. Strange that a '79 part would be cast in 1969.
-
Ford casting #s are often misinterpreted as meaning the car they came from. Not always true. A Ford casting # more accurately means the car it was originally designed for; the "A" 3rd digit would mean the Ford division that paid for development of the casting. A D9AE engine casting would have been used across all Ford/Mercury vehicles, including light trucks from 1979 onward til the next redesign.

302 & 351W are different? Both use the same bolt pattern.
-
I've seen one up close in person; you're getting what you pay for. Nothing compares to the original.

Have a good set of '70 highbacks here: http://saskatoon.kijiji.ca/c-cars-vehicles-auto-parts-tires-other-parts-accessories-1970-Mustang-highback-bucket-seats-W0QQAdIdZ517442039

I have a complete 351C 'Shaker' & hood but I'm a long ways away in Canada. Hood is straight, needs some work; 'Shaker' itself is VG. EMail direct: djjsc(at)juno(dot)com for details/pics.

WTB - 1969-1970 Rear Valance - OEM - Non Dual
djjsc replied to jwscarab's topic in Parts for Sale / Wanted
I have an OEM rear valence correct for '69 or '70 BOSS Mustang. 44+ yrs old so don't expect perfection. Someone was kind(?) enough to paint it at one time; original colour shows around RH backup mount. Stamped 10 21 68, making it date correct for early/mid 1969 production. If original dated Ford sheet metal is important this may be what you need. $40 plus ride fr S0K 1E0 Canada. Direct EMail is djjsc(at)juno(dot)com for pics. Hope this helps!
