  1. Bob, that is a shame about the engine, hope it can be saved. Keep us updated.
  2. Over the past few days I started making up the new fuel lines. I got the one from the fuel tank to where the inline fuel filter will be & cut a section of line that I just have to bend from the inline filter to the hole in the torque box.
  3. Over the last week I started bending the new fuel lines. I got the one from the tank to where I am going to place the inline filter made up & a piece cut for the next piece that will run from the filter to the torque box hole. I also had to cut away 2 of the old parking brake cable brackets that are going to be in the way of the new fuel lines since the brackets are no longer needed since I went to a center mount parking brake.
  4. I used Fat Mat in my Coupe. I put it on the inside of the firewall, floors, inside the doors, quarter panel area under the Coupe rear side windows, & on the interior side of the Coupe rear seat trunk divider panel. Fat Mat says the thickness is 50 mil nominal. The carpeting I used was AAC original style molded without any additional padding underneath. I purchased mine from CJ Pony Parts. 9. Hi Vic, I am planning on using the RTX gauges. I ran the 2 ground wires one from the sender & one from the fuel pump to one of the gas tank bolts.
  10. Finished the wiring in the trunk for the tail lights, backup lights, license plate light, electric fuel pump fuel sender, & installed the tank.
  11. Yesterday I received the gasket for the fuel sender & installed it into the tank & installed the gas tank & completed the rest of the wiring in the trunk to the electric fuel pump & the fuel sender.
  12. Finished the rest of the wiring in the trunk for the taillights, license plate light & the backup lights.

  14. I have one of those too, I was wondering what they are for. Couldn't you use the hook end of the drum brake spring install tool? Amazon.com: ABN Drum Brake Shoe Return Spring Install & Remove Dual-End Pliers Installer & Remover Tool for Removal and Installation : Automotive
  15. I am looking at getting the Summit M2008 carb. I am still undecided whether to get the 500 or 600 cfm carb for my 5.0, but I want to use the Trans Dapt 1" phenolic spacer with the rear pcv port also. Trans Dapt 2584: 1" 4-bbl Carburetor Spacer Ported With PCV - JEGS
