Hi,
I just picked up a MINT all original 1969 Grande. I have to replace the tires.
What's on there now is I believe the original size P195/75 B14 with wire wheel hub caps.
I'd like something with a little more meat as these tires look puny. I love the Magnums @ 7" but I'm afraid it won't go with the theme of the Grande although it will increase my options choices. If I do I'd have to struggle with raised white letters showing or just the black wall look.
Any thoughts on what will properly fit on the stock rim if I go with the white walls, largest size possible?
I was thinking about 225/60 R14.
