  1. Boy that motor turns up quick, much quicker than mine. It might be just the tires breaking loose lol. It sounds great, enjoy the payoff!
  2. I wasn't happy with them at all and sent them back, the shape and the grain were way off. I forget which side but I believe I have a good used one if you're interested.
  3. That's it, the "action" is much smoother than the original.
  4. http://www.summitracing.com/parts/lok-srk-4000/overview/ http://www.summitracing.com/parts/lok-tc-1000ht Using these, very satisfied. Miles better than stock and relatively inexpensive.
  5. Front 17X8 245/45 4.5" BS Rear 17X9 285/40 5.5" BS Running Nitto 555NT's, no rub.
  6. I bought some small hose and split it with a razor knife and pushed it onto the perimeter of the scoop. It looks great and protects the paint!
  7. 4.5 will work, 4.75 will work better.
  8. Sure, sealing it up would probably help the sound. Foam may not be a bad idea as well.
  9. I love my TCP manual rack. The steering is high effort in parking situations but it's no big deal to me. I'm running 245/45 tires in the front which doesn't help. The road feel is outstanding.
  10. 418W (RPM Air Gap, Dart Pro1 195, Comp XE294H (31-254-4) TKO600 3.70 Auburn Holley Street HP 750 double pumper (stock jetting, going to Dyno tune this spring) MSD 6AL2 24 initial 10 mechanical advance 34 total 2 light blue springs 20 gal tank 200 miles 10 MPG I could care less about the gas mileage.
  11. Here is an excellent link for 69 black out info: http://photos.mustangsbymike.com/Mach-1-Hood
  12. I would take Armond up on his offer and send him a small part so he can compare it to his Fleet color book. I spent quite a bit of time searching the net to identify that color and came up EMPTY. Fleet codes http://paintref.com/cgi-bin/colorcodedisplay.cgi?model=Fleet&manuf=Ford&rows=50 "WT" special paint codes http://paintref.com/cgi-bin/colorcodedisplay.cgi?comm=WT&button=Search&sort=wtcode
  13. I'm using the Moto-Lita Mark 4, I LOVE this steering wheel!
  14. Best pic I could find of the business end of the bracket. To me it doesn't look compatible.
  15. Be careful, that likely fits the newer style ford cable. I have a feeling they aren't the same. Let us know how it goes!
  16. I'm using the Magnaflow 15816 kit. After having some lead pipes made it installed pretty easily, no trouble with fitment here with good clearance.
  17. Post the Marti so we can see it.
  18. I consider the addition of the TKO600 to my ride the best mod I have done. I have had zero issues with mine as well, the more miles I put on the better it seems to shift. Drag racers have had some trouble shifting them at high RPM (6000 and over) but for me this is a non-issue.
  19. There is certainly a chance the Marti will reveal the color.
  20. The Marti will reveal the color, even if it is special order.
  21. I believe there is a bolt (or it may be a nut) that you have to take out from the inside that holds it together. You will have to stuff your head way underneath the dash in that corner and you will see the fastener.
  22. I simply seperated the clevis from the end of the cable and reinstalled it through the hole on the pedal. I'm sure there's a better way but I don't see how rigging it this way will be a problem. There is constant pressure where they meet.
  23. I don't believe they belong on your Mustang. They look like parts associated with a spare tire hold down or something.
