69 Mach 1

No cross member. The trans mount is the steel and rubber insulator between the trans and cross member. Bought from CJ Pony parts for 14.95 new in the box, AOD trans yoke from CJ new in the box, TV cable used off e-bay, and new in the box ford racing/ B&M transpak new in the box. Folks- I sold my Mach 1 and 66 coupe. The 66 was going to be a restomod with 5.0/AOD etc. I have some parts that I wanted to give someone here the option to buy before e-bay. Yep. Deal went through. Someone in NY is getting a mighty nice Mach 1. No corners cut. That being said, the day I picked up my cash, Volo took in a 69 Mach 1 in red with white interior on consignment. This is a 390 car and the white interior made the car just jump. Considerably more expensive than mine, but one nice ride. Thanks for the kind thoughts.

Volo is totally legit. Some cars, like the movie cars, they own and others are on consignment. They perform inspections and appraisals when they take the car in. They offer the use of lifts etc for your inspections but on consignment cars you have to have it inspected as the buyer. Very reputable and nice guys to deal with. They just hosted a great Shelby weekend with over 100 cars in attendence. The Mach supposedly sold yesterday to a guy from NY. he inspected it and drove it. I will miss her but we all know the tough economic times were in. Thanks for the kind words on the car. Scott

I have a set of DOOE 351 w heads. The car was running fine before the engine was pulled for a complete rebuild including over bore etc. Let me know if anyone is interested, Thanks Scott

Check for a tag hanging from the pumkin. Many times they are civered in grease etc. This tag if still there will also isentify your original gears. Also a Ford 999 report will tell you and is free.
