You cannot use a deep drop base without having issues with the the throttle linkage - I have tried ...it doesn't work without modifying the linkage.
I also tried to use 2-3/4 height KN filter in order to gain some height but still not enough clearance with the hood.
A 2 " air filter my clear the hood but I think it will be restrictive.
I believe it is doable with a shaker hood but some modding of the system will be needed.
Otherwise I am very happy with the system - I re-started my car after 14 months and it has just started as if it was fired one day ago, I think it is the best system in term of driveability and it is very easy to tune.

Installed a big spal on my griffin radiator , to get the clearance I switched to a short water pump and specific pulley from CVF

Buy an Aeromotive Stealth 2 Gas tank : very happy with - cost a the end is not really higher

Maybe the leafs are mounted backwards ?

Driving in France - small roads and Highway : nice idle around 850 rpm and power up to 6000 rpm. Very street-able

Have just installed the new Edelbrock pro flo 4 on my 351w and coulkd not be happier : First cranking = immediate start
The auto tune/learn function works very well and cold start and dieseling issues are gone. The engine is much smoother and even quieter.
I also installed the Aeromotive Stealth 2 fuel tank which is very well priced.
Tuning is done via an Android Tab connected by bluetooth.
for 1850 USD you get a real port injection mounted on a Victor intake - the dizzy is also a nice piece.
The only issue is the total height of the install, I needed to cut the hood to clear the air cleaner, I will put a hood scoop like a cougar eliminator or cervini B9 to close this hole.

I have installed JBA Shorties , stainless steel - very easy to fit they also clear the TCP rack and pinion setup.
Change of spark plugs is easy - road clearance much better than previous Hooker full length headers. Under hood temp seems also much lower.
I fitted the shorties with the JBA side exhaust system (mid pipe + side exhaust) 
 

I have used the Year One cluster with NVU gauges the result is nice but there is a lot of homework involved with the senders.

Installed the Kenwood BT enabled AMP - could not be more happier !

Again being far from my car - can someone advise me if 4 x 10 speakers will fit the package tray side holes ?
