  5. ok, something weird is going on with the website! Another pic "attached" when I replied and I did not attach it. Good thing its not a pic of something private......lol. I'm assuming its pulling them from the 69Stang forum server. Too funny! Lets see what pops up on this one!!
  6. How the hell did those pictures get attached??? Thats some funny crap!!! I just typed the reply above and hit post - and these two pictures were attached!! I've never seen those pictures in my life!!! I think I will leave them there just for the hell of it.
  7. Thanks 69RavenConv! Appreciate it! I will still drop in from time to time and see whats going on! I may even have another cheaper driver some day. I'll be around! I do still have a bunch of parts I am going to sell off. They were my "in case a deer jumps out in front of me" stash that I have kept for years and years. The best parts I have had. So I'm going to sell those next, that will keep me busy for a bit!!
  8. Detailed Video Added.... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nZC75nNvG7M&feature=youtu.be
  9. Hey BuckeyeDemon. Thanks for the note! Yes, all is well. My wife and I are deciding to downsize "stuff" to prepare for eventual retirement and lots of road tripping. I do have reservations about selling and possible regret. But we are going to move to, and just not sure I will be able to give the Mach the time it deserves. If it doesnt sell tho - I wont be heart broken!! Hope all is well with you!
  10. Thank You Guillaume! Very nice of you! I just posted it on carsonline.com, so that will help too I believe. By the way - I'm working with a bunch of French guys from Snecma the next 2 weeks! Very nice guys! Maybe one of them can take it home!!
  11. This is my car. Craigslist ad here: Modified price. Will honor old price. http://cincinnati.craigslist.org/cto/5447830652.html Over 50 pics here: http://library-static.snapfish.com/library/share?w=snapfish_us&c=snapfish&l=en_US#ZSLXHAHH4W3L2u1tpctUfQ/AUS/27938364256/SNAPFISH Thanks! Joe
  12. Real Stamp. On Inside. Should be in the center by the license plate area.
  13. I had the same problem recently - just after I rebuilt my carb. Turned out after my floats settled in, my fuel levels were too low on the bowls. I stalled in the same manor and at high temps. After adjusting the floats again it seemed to solve the issue! Of course the outdoor temps dropped too, so I really need to wait till next summer to see if its REALLY fixed.
  14. This is what I did too. I used Fiero seats. I ditched the tracks and used a 1 1/2" x 1/2" rectangular tubing to mount the Fiero seats to the floor (fixed position to fit my leg length) using the stock holes in the floor. I did NOT lower the seat pan. I use an original headliner and bows. I am 6'6" tall - and I have PLENTY of head room!
  15. 4 69 Mach's and 1 70 Mach. Not bad for a local cruise in. Thanks to BuckeyeDemon for taking the pics! Left to right, BuckeyeDemons, mine, then DaveRs. Two great guys to hang out with too!
  16. Yea, its a parking brake reminder light. I believe it and the belts light are on a relay and only stay illuminated for a little bit, then go off. There is a switch or ground contact on the parking brake itself. Im guessint eh 2 light combo means the park and belts light.
  17. I believe that hole is for the "park" light. If you had a "belts" light, you would have two holes in the dash - one above and one below the ignition/wiper (assuming you had tach and visibility group). If you don't have the visibility group, the belts light is in the cluster itself.
  18. Im running manual 4 wheel disc's. I don't know much about the master because it was installed by the previous owner, but it looks like just a regular Ford master cylinder. I do know the car stops great and I love the non power discs.
  19. Hi Pak, I too sell mustang parts on eBay. User name is staggered_shock. Probably almost 500 sales now. I hobby I stumbled into. Most of the tips have already been mentioned here. Here are my tips 1) buy a scale (I bought a 75lbs scale) and weigh/measure all packages 2) buy a used Zebra postage printer. You will save about 35% on shipping and cover the printer cost in no time! After that, its a little profit for your shipping time tracking down boxes etc. 3) order the USPS Priority mail boxes online for FREE - delivered to your door!! 4) Sign up for UPS or Fedex online and get FREE 4x6 shipping labels (that you can also use on USPS shipping) 5) price the shipping as its going cross country - I use 90210 cause I'm old and I can remember that show....lol. Add 12% to that postage to cover eBay and Paypal fees on shipping cost 6) Be VERY honest and take LOTS of pics 7) get refrigerator boxes from appliance store to cut down to custom make big boxes 8) use Paypal definitely 9) offer a 14 day refund - but only refund purchase price - not shipping or return shipping 10) Feedback is utmost important - please the buyer - every once in a while you get a jerk who rips you off. Lastly - and I don't understand this at all - but be prepared for nobody on the forums to like you anymore. Nobody likes the "ebay parts seller". Its like you are evil and only on the forum to rip everybody off - even tho you are an honest person who enjoys the hobby like everybody else does. You are supposed to give everything away, even tho you paid good money and time to acquire those parts.
  20. Sorry - I dont have them anymore. I need to updete my profile - Im not getting emails when replies - sorry for the delay!
  21. I have kept quiet on this post for a while because many people in general have a bad taste for ebay parts sellers. I do sell parts on ebay but not as a business - just a hobby I stumbled into buying a basket case, and selling them out a 15x15 room in my basement to make a few bucks to sink back into the hobby. So I try not to mix my parts sales and the forum posts as to not raise the blood pressure of those who think that somebody is only here to sell parts and make money. This also allows me to enjoy this forum as a member sharing, asking for help, and helping others - and keep the parts sales separate. But I cant keep quiet on this. I sure hope I am wrong - and I definitely hope the guy that sold those on fleabay is honest - because I just now looked at the fleabay ad in the link on posting #10, and those do not look like fastback channels to me. They look to have a sharper corner where the top of the window radiusses down and slopes to the door. The coupe ones are a sharp corner like this. The fastback ones are more of a radius. The fastback ones also have a "bend" where the C channel stops so they can bend sharp at the rear quarter window. I think the guy that sold these needs to be a stand up guy and make it right (full refund) as he sold coupe retainers advertised as fastback. That being said - there are 2 more sets on fleabay right now. One very nice for $600 and one set that needs a little work but is still decent for $350. The $350 ones are mine, and I will stand by them that they are for a fastback. I have sold many parts to guys on this forum and I stand by everything I have sold. I'm not responding here to make a sale. They will sell regardless. But I do wish I had responded before and possibly had averted this. I'm just letting you know the others are not correct, and if you want mine, I'll stand by them. Not sure about shipping overseas tho - the box will be fragile enough just to make it in the US. http://www.ebay.com/itm/1969-1970-Mustang-FASTBACK-Roof-Rail-Door-Weatherstrip-Channel-Trim-Mach-Boss-/400829057554?pt=Vintage_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item5d53460a12&vxp=mtr http://www.ebay.com/itm/1970-Mach-I-Mustang-Fastback-Matched-pair-of-roofrail-weatherstrip-retainers-/111524822878?pt=Vintage_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item19f765bf5e&vxp=mtr
