How the hell did you lift that car high enough to get it on that rotisserie ?. The underseal seems to have done it's job, the floor looks very nice.

Just cut the end off the hard line, fit the correct nut to suit your rubber hose and then re- flare the hard line.

That is beautiful, but I'm not on board with the notch...

Manual centerlink not lining up with pitman arm

I have read so many of these stories of how crap Borgeson boxes are, surely there must be a Ford power steer box from a sedan or truck that has the same dimensions as a mustang ? -

You could make a spacer to go between the hinge and the door to move it back. -
Fit of Repop Quarter Window "Boomerang" Moldings?
JET 445 replied to SWPruett's topic in 1969-70 Technical Forum
I got mine a few years ago on ebay, can't remember who the seller was. I think rechroming the originals would be better for a concours or special car.- 9 replies

Fit of Repop Quarter Window "Boomerang" Moldings?
JET 445 replied to SWPruett's topic in 1969-70 Technical Forum
I bought some repro's, had to put them over my knee and carefully bend them to the right shape but they ended up fitting quite nicely. It was a bit scary bending them because I thought they might break.- 9 replies

The RRS rack is based on the same type of rack.

Why don't you be the first to put a Godzilla pushrod engine in a Mustang, that would be awesome.

I did my cowl panel the same way you are doing yours.

I love it when people paint stuff all pulled apart , I know it's hard to put back together without damage but the end result is so much better.

Would the owner of the storage unit have insurance that may cover contents?.

It's hardly a gem, it's rusty, it's filthy, it's beaten up, I say give it a proper restoration and make it really nice again.

Looks amazing, well done.

Would you buy a car off ebay for $170k, from a seller with 1 feedback?.
-
Mine was doing the same thing, I plugged the vacumn advance and it stopped doing it, apparently it was getting too much advance too soon.

Any chance of posting a video of the laser cutter in action?, would love to see it working.

What brand of steering column are you using, is it a tilt?.

Those seats look so nice, especially the rear, looks to good to sit on.

Those old colors will not do it justice, I used a new colour that looks a bit like an old color but much more vibrant.

MDL Clutch fried, need recommendation on replacement clutch
JET 445 replied to rwcstang's topic in 1969-70 Technical Forum
How does the new clutch feel, does it engage smoothly and how hard is it on your leg. -
There is nothing wrong here, you just need to pull the inner shaft out a bit, you might need to give it a light tap with a hammer just to make it slide out.

Thanks for the kind words Vic, a lot of people don't realize it but most of Australia is a barren wasteland with just a narrow green belt around the perimeter, combine this with possibly the worst drought we have ever had and blazing summer heat and you have a recipe for disaster. Large parts of the country have had no significant rain for 6-8 years with none forecast any time soon so the fires will continue for a while yet. It may look like the whole place is on fire but it's not quite that bad, but with 1,000 houses burnt so far it is very serious.

Get another one, even the inside curve near the tail light looks wrong.
