Hello all, well first off, I am a GM guy. But I love all American Muscle. I currently have a '06 GTO, 98 Z28 (the racecar), 99 z28 (the daily) and an 81 z28 that I had since I was 16. Well, my mom had 2 mustangs in high school, I believe they were both 1970s. My dad had a 73z and a 81 berlinetta. When I was younger, my dad bought my mom a 67 mustang to start building it for her, which ended up being sold to fund my older brothers braces. A few years ago, my mom bought a 68 mustang, which she ended up selling because she didn't have the time or money to keep it. My dad passed away when I was 17, a year after they bought me my first Camaro. I am now 28 (this month) and I owe it to my parents for the reason I am into cars, and I decided for her 50th Bday it would be pretty awesome to give her a mustang. But it needs to be reliable enough for her to take it out on the weekends and it wont give her any trouble. I picked up this '69 mustang here in Phoenix and I am pulling the motor and trans to rebuild them, its a factory 302 with a c4. this is my first mustang so ill have lots of questions im sure. The mustang was painted and the motor was rebuild back in 2006, then 2 weeks later went into storage, while the previous owner went to the Marines. So I picked it up off him, (was his first car) and told him ill give him a ride before I take it down to El Paso to give it to my mom haha. But enough talking, heres the car!

Punisher got a reaction from SamellaEr in Wheel options?
I tried on a set of cobra wheels on the mustang, only the rears fit. the front wheel hits the top of the spindle. what size wheel can fit on the mustang or can I change the spindle to accommodate a wider wheel? Right now it has some crappy rusted wheels on it. but I don't want to spend a ton buying wheels right now. Just need something better than these.

PS. please excuse my messy garage, right now I have 3 cars in my garage that im currently working on, so its a mess lol
