  1. Thanks for all the insight guys! Very helpful.
  2. The motor is all stock. Stock intake with 2 barrel. It has true dual exhaust with an x pipe but other than that its all stock. I pretty much am just wanting it to lope at idle. Like I said its for a 16 year old new driver in high school. It wont be used for racing of any kind just to school an back. If possible I would like to keep the compression stock, pretty much just want a nice idle. Most we will do it is an aluminum intake and 4 barrel. I hope thats enough info.
  3. Thanks for the link. I found this one on Summit that seems pretty mild. http://www.summitracing.com/parts/sum-4400/overview/make/ford
  4. Hey guys I need some advice on 69' with a 302 thats all stock. The car belongs to my younger brother who is a fairly new driver. Now that he drives hes been watching me an my dad working on our old pickups and now he wants to do some work to his car as well. He wants a cam for it so it will have a little more power, and he wants it to lope a little to sound cool of course. We're a Mopar family and this is our first Ford in the yard so I dont know much about these engines. Anyway what im asking is what would be a good choice of cam that will do what he wants but that is not to crazy and which would require other stuff like higher compression etc. Hes only 16 so by all means this is not for performance, just a daily driver to school. Thanks in advance for any help!
