1969 Super Cobra Jet Motor For Sale
Date code dec 17 1968
X stamped in the lifter valley. C on back on block
All components are correct as verifed with cobra jet registry
Rods. Crank shalf.Pistons. Camshaft. Heads. Oil filter adapter, duel point dist.
Motor was disassembled and completely gone over.All clearances were well in spec.
Standard Bore,
Motor was rebuilt including Heads rebuilt and resurfaced. NOS pistons .wrist pins and Camshalf. CORRECT> I had these parts sitting in my garage for 30 plus years from a dismantled new service block. New lifters. Melling hv oil pump. Federal rod and main bearings new timing chain.Felpro gaskets.Includes original water pump.fuel pump is aftermarket. Also correct clutch fan with spacer. Cobra jet Valve covers. Block spacer plate. Had dealer installed 2x3 intake manifold with Holley carbs.Cobra jet air filter. All carbs taken apart , cleaned ,and new gaskets installed.
I will complete final assembly of intake and rockers with valve covers with correct bolts. I have not done this because I also have the original 4barrel intake if the buyer would like instead of the 2x3 setup
