  1. So wire #99 is a stand alone according to the manual. in your picture, it shows your yellow wire coming from what looks to be Terminal "F", going to the DD box. did you run #99 to the connector, or did #99 get spliced into two so one wire can go to the radio, and the other to the connector for the DD. hope this makes sense
  2. Over on connector D, theres a brown wire with a white stripe. On connector F, theres an additional brown wire that can be added that's labeled "acc power". Can I add that brown wire to supply power to the DD box? And is the constant power coming from the pink wire?
  3. So how do the wires from the column connect to the DD box?
  4. Can you go into detail on the speakers you used. Also, what radio head are you using?
  5. ah I see now. did you just order the flush housing then?
  6. I see you went with the same LED taillights as me. just a heads up, the reflector that's in the middle of the lights will start popping off. they are held in place by crappy double sided tape. I went in and removed the tape, then super glued them down. for how much they are, you would think that the tape of securement of the reflectors would be better.
  7. You are correct. A whole new one that wilwood released a few weeks ago
  8. Things have been moving painfully slow on this. Last night the new master from wilwood showed up. This morning I got to work and the new master fits great. One caviot is the wire plugs for the pressure switch has to be removed before putting the master into place. But once its in place, you have plenty of room to work. I need to do the plumbing still and add the residual valve.
  9. I’m not sure. I believe it is though because it came with a car that has no ac.
  10. The seats, console, and door panels are all the same material from tmi. The dash pad, arm rest, and upper trim by the window was all done by the previous owner so not sure how exactly he did it. I'm going to contact tmi about getting some matching material for the back seat area by where the convertible top stuff goes down into as well as explore options for the arm rests.
  11. So here is a custom ordered set of seats, console, and door panels from TMI. they were pretty good when ordering. I asked for everything they had in tan and they sent me a handful of samples. I ordered everything through an ebay company called retroresto. Great guy who has pretty good deals compared with going through tmi. What pant code is that on your car?
  12. Shoot me an offer and your shipping zip and I can get you an idea on cost
  13. yes, ive made that mistake before. wilwood 261-14963-bk is the part number. they just released it a few weeks ago according to the rep I talked to. once its installed ill post it up.
  14. There’s nothing that needs rebuilt. The booster is only about two years old and works fine. But I’m working with wilwood now. They just released a more compact MS a few weeks ago. After talking with them, that’s what I’ll go with. It’s about a $50 difference between what I have now and that unit but I won’t have to mess with my booster.
  15. I’ve contemplated not using the booster but if I can, I’d like to keep it. I’m running an automatic transmission so I don’t have to worry about it possibly hitting the Z bar. I thought about using the MS out of a ranger or explorer as I’ve seen others using them but simply for cosmetics I wanted to go with the wilwood.
  16. My wilwood parts showed up this past week while I was away. I went with their master cylinder and the proportioning valve. Down side is with the booster I have, the MS hits the shock tower. Anyone running a thinner MS?
  17. Painless cirkit boss fuse block. PN#70217.. $75 shipped. Redline lumtronix headlight relay kit for 1969 mustangs.. $45 shipped. Bosch tachometer.. $15. multiple metal fans,
  18. the last color was from a Nissan from back in the late 90's. (well before I had the car.)
  19. very nice. I'm in the process of stripping down my convertible to have it repainted and I'm really loving the forest green colors. hate to say this, but Dodge has a very neat green out there right now that ill probably end up doing.
  20. Hey Vic, Do you have a dropbox or other phot sharing option that you may be able to send me? all the pictures on this post are now gone and since you and I have similar equipment, id like to mimic what you did for wiring. I rewired my 69 fastback this past spring and it wasn't too bad but the vert has a lot more going on in terms of after market items. Thanks;
  21. It's when I try on my phone. I'll try to view the 1970 stuff, but itll keep showing earlier models.
