As far as the flywheel, is billet worth it and why and what balance do I need for a 351W?

Yes its a windsor as there wasnt a clevand in a mustang in 69. Thanx for tbe links. I will be doing this swap myself. Probally even be making my own crossmember unless the ine i need is cheap.

Yea I got that quote from Keisler. But if you add it all up for a decent tranny, I got close to that too. Am I missing something? I figure around $1500 for a good used TKO or t-56 plus pedals, hydraulic clutch, clutch, and whatever else.

I wanna get rid of the FMX in my 69. I really miss have a manual but I just can justify the cost of the swap. As far as I can tell, it would cost around $6-$7000 to do a manual swap with a good transmission and about $1000 for a 4R70W. So I just want opinions for or against the 2. $ plays a big role here but maybe you guys can tell me a cheaper route for a manual conversion. What fitment problems would I face for either? Any other advice would be GREATLY appreciated.

I need a new aircleaner on my 69 mach with a 351W. Im going to put on a wieand stealth intake on. Any of you guys running oval air cleaners without hood clearance problems? Id like to run a 15" but Ill run one smaller if I have to.

I need a new aircleaner for my mach1. I have a 14" dropbase and the k&n extreme lid. SO, heres a couple questions: 1. When I put the base on, it seems to pinch the gas line going to the carb. Its not a lot but still. Is there a way around this? 2. Should I use the extreme lid? Ive read several posts saying people lost hp with them on. 3. I like the look of the oval cleaners but Im afraid of clearance from the hood, distributor. 4. Can you guys recommend a nice air cleaner and should I use paper or k&n?

I just ordered some moog bushings so we'll see if that fixes it.

How do I tell if there bad and should I replace them with poly?

How come in my 69 mach, when in reverse, I can only turn the wheel maybe 1/4 turn and it rubs pretty bad but in forward, it doesnt rub at all? Dont make sense.

Should I drill through the bracket and bushing and put a zerk in there?

I do have a can of white lithium grease.

I have a grease needle already, didnt think it would get in there good enough though. So the verdict is if its rubber dont grease it?

Yea I installed those lights and I like them better than my truck with hids!!! Looks like daylight with highs on.

Im going to be installing a new 1" swaybar and want to know should I grease the 2 rubber mounts? If so, should I put grease zerks in them?

How much is it? Im not worried about it being the best handling machine out there just want to upgrade the suspension thats all.

Im about to order some mid eye leafs and a 1" front sway bar for my 69. Cj pony parts are by far the cheapest. Is there any difference in performance or quality? If there are better haNDLING ones can you recommend me some?
