  7. I have done the black out on one of my fastbacks. The color was mixed by my local paint shop. I think it was a Ditzer semi gloss black. The correct process is to paint the color of the car then the flat black over top after the paint drys, having truoble loading the picture. I'll try to fix it.

  9. I run Hooker Headers on my 428 CJ. They are not fun to put on, They take a lot of time but worth the trouble, Patience is a virtue. If you do go that route then get them coated and or header heat tape. The heat will be a problem. I had to lift my engine up a little bit do to the tight fit.

  11. I run the same combo. 235/60/15 on the front and 245/60/15 on the rear on Magnums. I have never had clearance issues.

  13. They came on the Windsor which is the same block size as a 302(Small Block)
  14. Yes, they make a conversion U joint. When I swapped rears in my buddies fast back from 8" to 9" you had to use a conversion U joint. Ask you local parts place they should be able to help you . In the mean time I'll look the part number up in my files of past jobs done.
  15. I'm taking my Car up for the 40th Anniversary of the Cobra Jets Mustangs. Were all assembled at gate 1. I'll be burning Gallons to miles on my 100 mile trip tomorrow. Feel free to stop by. My car will have a Texas Inspection sticker . I left it on because it looked cool. Tim

  17. You can put a 460 in your car. There are several companies that make kits to install a 460. Kauffman Products used to sell them. Do a Google search. You will have to put sub frame connectors on the car due to the huge torque will will get from the big block.

  19. Re check the valves. Make sure the rockers are adjusted correct. This will make them glow.
