  1. With your past endeavors I'm sure this will be a stellar build. Looking forward to following it as you progress.
  2. Best of luck to you both in your future endeavors. Hope you both enjoy your retirement and get to relax some for awhile now.
  3. That's coming along nicely, Thanks for updating us on it.
  4. Coilovers i would look at Street or Track, Shaun is great to deal with he develops and uses what he sells. Upgraded stock style you can also look at Street or Track or Opentracker Racing, John and Sherri are both great to deal with. Give either ORP or SorT a call and talk to them about what you are trying to accomplish with your car. They won't steer you wrong and won't over sale you something you don't need just to make a buck.
  5. Step by step, it's coming along. Looking good.
  6. No problem just thought it would help others to find it.
  7. @Mike65 try this: https://www.mustangdriver.com/feature-articles/vader-mustang-1969-fastback-on-the-dark-side
  8. I've searched for quite a while for a 70 tilt steering column without much luck. If someone has one or any leads that would be great. In the meantime I've thought about a 80's f150 manuel tilt column. Anyone done this? Difficult? What does it take? I'm not opposed to doing away with the rag joint and using a universal if need be.
  9. Does anyone know of a Ford stock application PGM starter that would fit a 351C with Auto? It's an AOD if that makes a difference.
  10. Looks like a good peaceful place to retire too. Congrats on taking the first step to your goal.
  11. Sorry to hear about your friend. Good to see your getting some progress done on the car.
  12. The OEM suspension is IFS. What are you wanting to do? You could go with upgraded stock style parts through Opentracker racing or Street or Track. Or Coilovers from SorT.
  13. Have you checked out the offerings from: http://www.streetortrack.com/Brake-Packages-c-1557.html
  14. Thoughts and prayers for you and your wife during this time.
  15. Nice, congrats it's definitely a good looking car.
  16. I find it neat to read some of the days gone by advertising.
  17. Thanks Buening (Jay?). That is something to consider with the Mustang Steve brackets. Only thing I'd have to get shortened on mine is the housing if I only do 1/2" on each side to bring it back to stock width within 1/16" on each side or basically 1/8" narrower than stock. Axles would remain the same.
