  1. I am in need of the fold down seat assembly, the trap door and the trim pieces that go around the trap door for a 69 Mach 1. Muchos Grassyazz in advance :helpsmilie:
  2. I think I have made up my mind on the wheel set up. I will more than likely go with the torque thrust II's and follow 69mustang's lead and go with 15x7's with the 235/60's on the front and the 15x8's with the 255/60 on the rear. I think, being able to see the brakes is a much sharper look IMHO. I get the keys from the resto shop next week and will head to the Ford show in Carlisle, PA in June to see if I can get a good deal on wheels and maybe tires. Will be looking for new seats with beefier bolsters than the stock seats. The seats in the car atm are not stock and make it a mutha getting in the seat under the steering wheel. I am looking for a lower profile seat rather than getting a new steering column with tilt. I have the fold down seat but missing the fold down assembly .... I will be looking for that too if the resto shop doesn't pull the trigger and get it beforehand.
  3. What tires and sizes do you have on there .... btw .... great job on your build!!!
  4. http://johnsmustang.com/Torq-Thrust-D-Wheel-Chrome-65-73-Mustang-15X7-Chrome or http://johnsmustang.com/Wheel-Kit-Magnum-500-Magnum-500-69-70-Mustang-15x7-15x8 I have always been a fan of the classic Cragar look but am undeceided between the two. Help ... needing some feedback to help make up my mind.
  5. The black accents are now going on the Mach 1 .... the front drums are off and the new discs are on and working .... Dynamat is going in as I speak ... I get the keys on the 22nd :gunsmilie::rockon::thumbup:
  6. Here is what I have mine painted so far. The black will be added within 2 weeks when I get the keys. 282947_510888255609730_860297591_n[2].jpg
  7. Mine had a 302 originally and now has a 1970 351 Cleveland .... MIGHTY nice engine
  8. I "Prayed" for my Mach 1. She is supposed to be finished with restoration in less than 3 weeks .... Interior needs to put back in, painted and the front drums still need to be swapped out with discs. :cursing: Resto shop has had it since early Dec. They promised me that I would get the keys a couple days before Memorial Day weekend. Since Dec, the only thing that was done by the shop was sending out for paint and it coming back looking like crap ... the primer looked better imho. :crying: I have wired it for a real nice stereo system with amp and woofer, put in working electronic key fob actuated door locks and trunk release. The resto shop owner says don't worry, that it will be done. I am stressing cuz I have had plans made since Dec to go see dad before he passes Memorial Day weekend. Ok ..... rant off
  9. Cant see the pics ..... Damn government computers!!
  10. Good to hear .... I am just running speaker wires and remote door lock wires for now through them.
  11. Well Mike, from the looks of the pic, it appears to be the same ones I bought. Good thing for me is, I do not have a hole in the door, I have to drill it out myself and should easily get the loom to fit with no issues. Thanks!!!
  12. I dont know if there is anything wrong with the ones I have listed. The unknown about them is, are they the right size for the existing hole in the door jam. If the end is too big, I can workwith it, if the end is too small, then I cant.
  13. I am looking for 2 rubber wire looms to run electrical from door to door jam. Does anyone have suggestions where to get them? There is already a hole on the door jams but not on the doors themselves. I am looking for something like this http://www.google.com/shopping/product/10957311566205052848?q=rubber%20door%20wire%20loom&hl=en&rlz=1T4GGLL_enUS365US365&bav=on.2,or.r_qf.&bvm=bv.45218183,d.dmg&biw=1536&bih=739&wrapid=tlif136614964467310&sa=X&ei=ScptUarHMrPH4AOH6YDQCQ&ved=0CFIQ8wIwAA
  14. With theCHI 3v heads, would I need to change out the intakemanifold too? The only thingthat has been done to the engine is it now has electronic ignition.... everything else is stock. I have been told this from the original owner.
  15. I have the 351c in my 69 Mach 1 and am toying with trying to get more power. I have talked to a guy that seems to be a gearhead and he suggested to me to have the 2v cleveland heads ported, polished and to shave them. Would this be advantagous to make a hp gain? If so, can someone explain the perks would be to have this done? Any input would be greatful. Thanks in advance!
  16. One that looks and fits like the original. I found one but it doesn't say anything about Sirius ready or compatable. http://www.classiccarstereos.com/cat...ang-Radio.html
  17. a retro looking stereo with SiriusXm capabilities? If so, please point me in the right direction. Pics would be cool too. Thanks in advance
  18. looking stereo that will fit into the stock bezel of my 69 Mach 1 that is digital AND has SiriusXm. Is there such an animal available anywhere?
