i dont think that my wiring harness for this radio has an "radio illum" wire.

i checked dc voltage to the blue.white wire and it had nothing there. .03-.04 i turned key to accessory and same thing. i replaced aburnt fuse and still same thing this wire is dead.

so i am having issues trying to hook up my new stereo. can anybody help me figure out what i am looking at here???

im not too worried about the rear seats mounting. im more worried about the size of it. im hoping that is wont be too small. and yes deff re upholstering the rear seat might be a step in the right direction if this doesnt work out. and for the seat belt i was planning on getting a modern seat belt off of a hyundai from a junk yard. i dont like the "no shoulder strap" especially with no airbag.

i am about less than week away from going home and getting 3 weeks off of work well deserved and earned and my buy list is getting longer by the days. so like i said i ordered tefba filter 3 core aluminum radiator thermostat radiator cap complete weatherstripping kit to include all window rubber and door jams parking light assembly right and left with the mounting hardware window crank backing plate and window crank screw set exhaust hangers for the muffler headlight switch turn signal switch pair of alpine spr 6x9c's speaker wire. now i was going to buy a pair of procar "elite lumbar" seats but saw what the back seat cover that matches those buckets was going to look like and didnt like it at all it doesnt look good. so i was looking around and something came up on ebay that i saw and liked and it was black leather buckets and rear seats for a 2010 hyundai genesis coupe now i felt kind of iffy about the rear seat because i couldnt find any measurements on it but the price was so right to me 560 shipped. vs the 2 pro car buckets at 700+tax + shipping. with the 560 i got the 2 buckets and the rear seat shipped. and i know purists will hate it but i could care less if i can make it work it will work and if not then it wont. i will post pics also. soon i may have 2 brand new re upholstered bucket seats from my stang and an all original back seat for sale. well see! pics attached below. comments concerns ideas thoughts! im curious as to what everybody is thinking!

does anybody know where to get rear seat upholstery?? im having so much trouble!

hey all my name is john just coming to be part of a forum to meet and talk with other mustang enthusiasts. while i was deployed in afghanistan i bought a 69 mustang coupe and it is in az at my father inlaws garage sitting and waiting for me to move it back to my house here at ft bliss texas. but it has some issues. some issues are that is over heats, the exhaust is hanging from the headers there is no exhaust hangers for them. all of the weather stripping and window rubber is dry rotted out the bumpers need mounting kits there is also vibration coming from somewhere in the drive line it needs a stereo and i would also like to add ac some time in jan-feb. so. i ordered a 3 core aluminum radiator and a tefba filter to go with it. new radiator cap and new thermostat. also ordered some exhaust hangers. a full weather stripping kit to include all new window rubber and felt and im putting a hold on the bumper hardware because im not sure if it needs all of the brackets and everything as i have not seen it. well anyways here are some pics! enjoy!
