  1. Thanks for the reply. Wish I could remember the brand this fender is bc I sure as .....wouldn’t buy it again. I’ll grab a dynacorn and hope for the best. Thanks!!
  2. I need to replace the passenger fender on my 69 Mach. The one we put on when we did the original restoration 15 years ago was a thin piece of crap that warped as soon as we took it out of the box. We reinforced it with some flat steel but over the years it has gotten more and more wavy. What brands have y’all used and have you been happy with it? Dynacorn, goodmark, etc? Thanks!
  3. That's an alignment screw. There is a lot of wiggle room in the mounts, that screw keeps everything in place.
  4. Sorry to drum up an old post. Last night while putting in my new dash pad I discovered that the brackets that support the lower dash assembly and column were not properly installed. Called my dad down from his house next door and we finagled the whole thing up about 3\4 of an inch. Made a lot more room under the wheel and low and behold the trim pieces fit much better now. Couldn't get all that much on the pass side but it still made a noticeable difference in the clearance between my legs and the wheel. I should've taken pictures but it was getting late. FYI.
  5. Put in the new dash with speaker. Adjusted the steering column and lower dash brackets to see if I could get more leg room under the steering wheel and had my dad help. We haven't worked on her together in years. Happy Father's day to my best friend, role model and hero. Love you dad.
  6. It's made by Anvil Automotive. They are the one's that made the '69 Anvil Mustang that comes out on the Fast and Furious 6 movie. They make it in carbon fiber or fiberglass.

  9. I found some pictures but not in good enough detail and I found the assembly guide at cjponyparts. I also remembered that I have a complete set of shop manuals that can probably shed some light too...I hope. If I'm energetic maybe Sunday I'll take her off jack stands wax her and take some photos for you all to see. Thanks everyone!
  10. Does any body know a good location to get guides for how the engine harness was routed originally. I'm getting real tired of looking at the sloppy wiring laying all over the engine bay. I did search the forums and found a few specific examples of pieces but nothing that helped with the overall picture. Thanks everyone.
  11. Got my new dash pad and the speakers for the doors and dash. Radio and package tray speakers should ship in about a week. Also started organizing my tool box after trading boxes with my dad. Not directly for my 69 mach but it is still an important and enjoyable task. Haven't really worked on her in years, hopefully this is a step in the right direction. Next is sorting out some oil leaks and cleaning up the wiring in the engine bay.
  12. AAARRGGHHHH! Not what I wanted to hear. Thanks though for the info. Anyone got any quick tips for changing out the 2 piece?
  13. I have 351w block from what I believe was an 83 e350 van.... I built the mother many years ago and can't remember if I installed a 1 or 2 piece rear main. According to the specs, 83's used a 2 piece. I believe its leaking and causing my clutch to slip. Does anybody know if you can use a 1 piece instead of the 2? It's so much easier to seat a 1 piece.... Probably already know the answer but thought I'd ask anyway. THANKS!
  14. I have to ask about the dovetail on your stang...where did you get it? That's what I've been trying to design for my mach.
