Thanks guys, I'll strip the paint, but if you look at the photos on the top there are some pretty large pits in the paint so I don't hold out much hope.

So its fun times prowling the swap meets for a replacement!

Off the top of my head the big difference is 4 lug to 5 lug wheels, a 7.5" rear axel vs. 8" or better, smaller rad and different engine frame mounts. Thats for the 200CI 6, the 250CI six had very little different beyond the frame mounts, as far as I know it 5 lug wheel and an 8" rear.

Hey guys, is this mirror correct correct for my car (minus the awful black paint) I have a standard interior and this is the remote mirror that was on the car when I bought it. I've only ever seen racing mirrors on other 69's in person.
I'd like to replace this one and truthfully I think I'd prefer the chrome mirror over the racing style.

Did you guys also see that they're doing a Boss 302/GT version as well. I think its a little more successful in the execution than the Shelby.

Hey guys,
Decided to try and clean up the chrome convertible header bar and sun visor brackets. I managed to get the rust and dirt off but I still have pitting on the chrome bar and the aluminum brackets. Is there anything I can do myself to refinish these?

BTW I don't think these parts are REPOP'd, at least I can't find them at the usual suspects, CJ, MU etc.
