  1. Yes they are. Love these rims. Wanted something a little different for my restomod. Thanks
  2. Looking for used or new tilt steering column for for my 69 Coupe. I have manual steering. Black or ready to paint. PM me. Thanks Bill
  3. I received my remote trunk lid release. This will be a nice mod. One thing to remember while this is a direct bolt onto the 69 Mustang, as with any mod, it is not a direct fit. I will have to cut out a window in the side of the rear panel brace that holds the trunk lid release. I went to install it last night and it would not fit without this mod to the brace. I will do some cutting this weekend and share some pix. So many options for locating the switch. Under the bumper? enter console? side of the seat? inside door jam? I wonder if I can run constant power to the switch so I can open it without turning the key, mmmm.
  4. Thanks. Yup. That's where I got them. Keep in mind though, they did not provide the screen with the scoops. I got them someplace else. Just do a search. Its been years since I bought them, I suppose I could look thru my book of receipts to find out.

  6. I am now enjoying the fruits of my labor and the support from the members of this forum as I partake in local Cruze Inn's and Car Shows. 4+ Cruze Inn's top date and 2 Car Shows since April. This past weekend I had the pleasure of participating in the 42nd Annual Shelby/Mustang Ford Meet in Maggie Valley, North Carolina put on by the Northeast Georgia Mustang Club WOW!! Mustang Heaven! Now I know what heaven will look like when I arrive. Chelby-Ann showed well, met tons of nice people and had a great time. The car is a joy to drive and the 2 1/2 hour drive there was fun. She performed well and handled perfect. Thanks for letting me share my experience. Bill

  14. NordicDawn: IIRC you were modifying your '69 Coupe to have the '70 rear window trim like I did. Here is the link to the clip kit that I used from National Parts Depot. Does not come with the studs you'll need to attach the clips to the pinch weld. I used SS flat head screws. Worked great for me. https://www.npdlink.com/store/products/mounting_kit_window_molding_make_kit_8-152029-1.html Mustang MOUNTING KIT WINDOW MOLDING MAKE KIT 8 42413-5K Price: $18.95 Units : KIT
