There is a trim ring around the opening for the shaker although I don't beleive that adds much rigidity, I don't think that is a concern. The garage was pretty clean when I took the photo, the convertible rolled outside for the first time yesterday so I could clean the shop. A friend brought his wife's project coupe over yesterday, he's a pig so I suppose I will be spending my time cleaning up after him. I am in the Seattle area. Good luck with your shaker.
