  1. Please continue to post. I have no idea about half the stuff you' ll are talking about.... and that is how you learn. If you don't know what you don't know. Then your a (insert the name of the political party you don't like).
  2. Stainless Steel Brake Crop or SSBC has a kit for converting to a rear disc system. I purchased mine in 89 for about 400 bucks. I bet it is more now. It is on my 1970 Convertiable, 351C. Pro's. No maintance. I am only now chaning the pads. Never had any pulling of one brake over the other. That is the reason I switched, my old drum brakes got to were they were pulling. Installation was easy. It was all bolt one. Cons. You have to adjust the regulator to get the right front/rear combination of pressure right. You will need an out side observer for that. I can not tell any differnce in the stopping power. I have never been able to get the brakes to "lock up" I have good brakes and the cylinder is correct (I got the one for the kit). However, remember my kit is over 20 years old. If you think your going to go this route, ask lots of questions.

  4. Thanks for the info. I am more interested in a bolt on than a do it myself project. Seems there are more choices than the pro-jection. stangme428 and Cupid, I hear Brunswick, GA has a Mustang Club. Last I heard the meet at the Sonic on Saturday nights, once a month. Just a side note.

  6. Hi, just joined and I am interested in seeing if any members are running the Holly Pro-jection system on a 351C with the 4 barrel heads. I am currently running the stock Autolite carb (rebuilt by Pony carbs), but I am sick of dealing with carb issuses. I try to drive the Mustang once a week, but sometimes it will sit for weeks. Any pros and cons on the Holly system or other fuel injector system would be appreciated.
