  1. Love your stang, I've got a question, how does the TCP suspension and rack feel compared to the old steering and suspension? that is the mayor mod I want to do to mine.

    The 2014 Mustang?

thats just a sketch, looks a lot like the mustang giugiaro http://pdfeeloans.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/07/Ford-2010-Mustang.jpg I could swear that i've seen that sketch before. THAT'S NOT THE 2014 MUSTANG
  4. I dont know if you care about originality, but I'm planning to put a booster from a sn95, and 13" discs in front of my 69, i think this is the best in braking I can go. Some 2 piston calipers ( 4 piston if you have the $$$ ) and high performance brake pads. well, this is my plan, im getting rebuild my current brakes now until i found the 13" discs and all necessary stuff required for the mod

  6. I like how you're doing your build, now that i look at your front spoiler, no doubt I'll be getting one.
  7. Dude, your stang look totally like mine!!! here is a pic of mine
  8. well, I found someone who sells a new set of gooyear 245/45/17 for something like 380dlls . Tomorrow i'll be checking them and then I'll post my opinion. I hope there will be no clearance issues. :001_tt2:
  9. Hi ! I just bought a set of bullit rims from a 2002 mustang for my 69, with no tires. Rims size are 17" height and 9" width. I'm afraid of clearance and steering problems in the front. My idea was to put on the front wheels, tires with low profile, and in the rear wheels, tires with bigger profile . For you that have 17's , what sizes are you using? thanks in advance ;D
  10. post some pics of the console once you ve chopped it !!
  11. Hi, i recently rebuild my rag joint, but it appears that i didnt adjust it correctly because last sunday i was parking the car and suddenly my steering wheel got crazy ... which means a loose screw in the rag joint. I check the engine bay and yes, the rag joint was turning without turning the shaft of the steering box. I checked my service manual but didnt find the torque values for the mustang, only for the lincoln continental. here is the manual page for the lincoln. anyone knows at what torque value should I adjust? i was thinking in using the same values as the lincoln thnx

  13. The only good thing about that, is that tehre will be so much fun trying to repair the damages ... wtf, does it rains stones in arizona? :scared:
  14. thnx man, but I prefer to post in english so I can practice. You know, every chance is great to practice or improve my english. today i took apart the complete dash and the old wire harness.. I'm not gonna put it all on place until I finish the rewiring, including speakers and radio, I also removed the lower dash, this way is easier to work.
  15. No, you dont have to remove the inside door handle, I dont know if you have the deluxe door panels or the standard ones, I think it's the same procedure to remove them. Take off all screws from the panel, then, carefully remove the panel and ( this is how I do it ) insert a large screw driver between the door and the panel, this is for removing the clips. then rotate the panel like 20 degrees AND put the inside handle down, now you can take off the complete panel. I hope this helps you, btw it will be a little tricky to remove the outside handles if you already have your door glass installed.
