  1. for my starting problem, all it was was the position where i started the cables on the distributor and yea for the clutch cable i think i will try to re-rout it cus i have some slack on it so im sure i should be able to route it throught somewhere else and avoid getting the cable burned by the headers if that fails me then ill look into a hydraulic set up. any suggestions thanks for the feedback

  3. So i figured out my issue with the engine not starting. Now the problem is my clutch. I have a T5 tranny and i just put a pair of hooker headers in there is a bracket of some sort where my clutch cable runs through and the headers are in the way of this. This bracket seems to be attached to the bell housing. Any ideas to maybe run the cable through somewhere else or something like that.

  7. Nothing I ordered came with instructions which i found weird, and I've emailed them asking for instructions but I still have not gotten any replys. That rod sticking out is something that is in place to hold the clutch quadrant which i purchased from Dallas Mustang which also came with no instructions. I think I may just end up taking out the whole assembly and fixing it outside the car. Thanks for the help, and ill keep yall updated on my fix.
  8. These are some pics i snapped before i went to sleep kinda bad but that what i have in there right now.
  9. ill have to wait until i get home from school and work around 1030 ill go out and take some pics and post them up
  10. well there is one bolt you can say that runs through both the clutch and brake pedal. Thing is if i get under there and hold one of the pedals i can move the other freely.
  11. Hi, I installed the modern driveline clutch pedal in my 69 coupe. Problem im having is that when i push the clutch in the brake goes along with it. Same thing happens when i push the brake the clutch goes in. Im not an expert mechanic or anything, but does anyone have any suggestions as to what may be causing this? Thanks
  12. well i can take a picture of what i took off and post it up ill do it when i get home
  13. The previous owner had cut off the original pedal near the top of the assembly(why? i have no clue) so i had to change it out. But i already managed to change it out. Thanks
  14. I just received my new clutch pedal from modern driveline, and i went out to try and install it but could not take off the old one. I dont know if this is a difficult change or not but im having trouble with it if anyone has any pictures or info on this i would greatly appreciate it. Thanks
