Did Mr. Crane pee in his pants when he saw it, or did you force him to use your Standard urinal? -
1 pointIt has been a while since last time I removed and reinstalled one, as far as I remember there are 2 blocks of spunge/rubber pads that sit between the removable cowl and the cowl under it. They are located at the right and left ends of the removable cowl. Also, I think there are small plastic clip/spacer things at the aft edge of the cowl (to eliminate rattle) where it fits snug between the windshield trim and the brackets that hold the trim.

They're called show panels. I had the below site bookmarked because they had them for the 69, but don't list them any longer. The hood on the Mustang Mach 1 was rusted and really beyond repair. I dreaded installing an after market hood. Low and behold I found a factory hood that was perfect. It was taken off of a Mustang because they did a 69 Shelby GT-350 replica. Thankful that this part is rust free and dent free. The guy met me in a small town North of Bakersfield and drove up from Palmdale which is in the CA desert. -

On the outside original much like the interior with suspension upgrades and Torque Thrust Rims. So it should handle and ride much better than stock. I purchased the tie downs from Dead Nuts On along with a few other small parts.
