If or when I move, it won't be because of the gays, it'll be because of the quacks. I'm no expert, but I'm pretty sure I don't know who 99.9% of the gay folk are I come in contact with during a day. Nor do I care. Love your neighbor, pay your bills, obey the laws.

I am assuming you are talking about a 1969 fastback (Sportsroof) model and those came with two spacers fitting between the column bracket and where it attaches to the pedal support under the dash. It is an aluminum spacer and it is 1" x1" square and I think 3/8" thick and for some reason Ford wanted the column lower on Sportsroof models. If you remove those spacers the steering wheel will move up about 3/4"-1". That might be enough to help. That's what I did on my 1969 Mach 1. After you remove those spacers you will need to replace the small trim panel below the column and that round/oval rubber trim piece that fits over the column with those for a coupe. But, those are being reproduced and relatively inexpensive. After you are finished. from the engine compartment side of the firewall, make certain the steering shaft is fairly centered in the column. You might need to loosen the column floor mount and readjust it a little.

You can lose weight... You can also slide the seat all the way back before exiting (if not already) and it will be there when you enter the car. You can also extend the rails for further movement backwards.

Earth quake for the forth !

All the Gays? I just did a search- Lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) account for 4.8% of the population in California, 4.9 in Oregon, 4.8 in Nevada, 8.6 in District of Columbia, 5.3 in Vermont. California is near the top but I suspect it is because they are more open about their sexual preferences, not because they flock there. California's problem is the the left wing liberal politicians that have gained control of the state. If you pay attention to the Democratic debates and see all the loony socialists stumbling over themselves to be more outrageous than the next, then you'll get an idea what California's politicians are like. They are proud to condone open borders, sanctuary cities, the highest taxes of any state, and free healthcare and welfare for illegals. I think they even give illegals drivers licenses now. Idiots. I'm glad I left, and yes earthquakes are one of the reasons. If they ever get that predicted 8.0 in a populated area it will be devastating. You can't beat the weather in southern Cal, but the overcrowding, cost of living and the political mess are its undoing.

    Leak from radiator

Like Barnett mentioned, first determine where the leak is coming from. Clean up that mess, run the motor, drive the car a few miles and double check. I'd also check the trans fluid just to be certain coolant is not getting into the trans fluid from a leaking trans cooler inside the radiator. These work good for stopping minor coolant leaks and do not clog cooling systems. They will make the coolant look a little muddy in color.

These guys don't restore like you might be accustomed to. But, their show, Roadkill, is great. I watch it every week. They pulled that Mach 1 out of a wrecking yard on an earlier episode. They worked on it in the wrecking yard for a few days to get it running and driving and drove it out.

    69 Mach 1 Re-restore Restomod

Here is the TCP power rack installed. That sticker is coming off. Power booster rebuilt and installed. Stainless front brake lines in. Baer master and prop temporarily installed. Mounting base for hydraulic clutch mounted beneath that. From the back. It's a really nice piece. It ought to be. Probably the nicest it will ever look.

Hey guys! Been a long time... For those that don't remember me, I bought/built a 69 Mustang Coupe back in 08, and I was active on the forum here till about 2014. I had started a documentary project/blog that my Mustang was featured in, and switched over about a third of the way through to a 300zx Twin Turbo to build for road racing (then sold my Stang in 2014 to continue funding the film) - Original Documentary/Z Build Thread The years went by, and I got less and less active on car forums in general... but I was recently closing down an old email address, and came across a PM notification from member RPM on here he sent me 3 years ago! Thought I'd log in and say hello to you all, and let you know that I never gave up on the documentary, and after all these years it's finally finished and I'm planning to independently release it this summer! Was a lot of ups and downs both making the film, and subsequently trying to release it (you can read more here if interested), but I couldn't be more proud of the way it came out. Check the trailer below (feel free to subscribe/visit the website/social media/etc.), and drop a comment here to say hi if you remember me, lol. Hope you're all well! -Jay Despite The Loss Official Trailer

    temp increase

The needle does not tell what the actual temp is. Only an infra red gun or gauge with an actual readout in farenheit or celcius will. A non original temp sender will typically position the needle in a different location than a properly working orig sender will when the engine is at the same operating temp, therefore, if the needle reads lower or higher with the aftermarket sender, it does not mean the actual engine temp is lower or higher, so it can be confusing as to whether the engine really is running hotter or cooler etc. A gauge with a numerical read out is the best way to determine engine temp.

    1969 Mustang E'

What little I have had it out which has been a mix of city / two lane highways if I am doing my math correctly it is getting 25 mpg's. Which is what is reported from Ford back in 68' / 69'.

I am not sure what you are after, however, if you want Mach 1 wood grain dash and glove box pieces, I have a few. I also have a new wood grain radio bezel and the stainless door trim for the deluxe interiors and many other parts. I am also a scott drake dealer and might be able to save you some money on some parts if you want.

I would recommend painting the engine bay and the trunk area on the rotisserie, it's a pain to get into the tight spots, but a lot easier on a rotisserie.

Hey all, wanted to let you know that my documentary released last week on Amazon Prime Video! As some of you know, this has been an 8 year journey for me, with lots of highs and lows. I'm super psyched to finally have it out in the world. There's a bunch of 69 Mustang content in it (although the film is about more than just cars). It's been getting a really great response so far, and I hope you enjoy if you decide to give it a watch. Please rate/review it on Amazon as well if you enjoy it, the more ratings I get, the better chance I have of landing as a recommended video on the front page of Prime Video! Thanks for all the support over the years, and check out the official poster below! -Jason

Changed the Jets in the Holley... to make it run worse I guess. Tomorrow I'll go back to the previous ones. Also installed a new fuel filler neck with the over flow prevention mod Stangs-R-me came up with. Hopefully I'll test that out next week.

Sure, guess it's ok for a groceries getter, but for a car that is my hobby and I enjoy to drive, I would not use a generic shock like the KYB. It was in that context I made the comment, as an enthusiast car.
